What should I do if I have problems in redeeming the discount offers?
In the event that you have difficulties in redeeming the offer or not receiving the stated benefits, please contact TLC by email info@totalloyalty.hk or call (852) 2536 9010 during normal business hour (Hong Kong Time 9am to 5pm, Mon to Fri) with details of your purchase and a copy of the receipt. TLC customer service team will follow up with the vendor to arrange the privilege for you.
Why are some of the offer websites blocked?
Some external merchants’ websites might be blocked depending on where you are accessing the program. For example, some sites might be blocked by your company's internet policies. Please copy the URL and browse the websites and use it outside of the network.
